Fortunately, we had our system installed shortly before we visited Italy. Several days into our trip, our daughter contacted us that someone attempted to break into our home. ADT monitoring did its job; after failing to contact me and then my wife, ADT reached our daughter and apprised her of the situation. This all happened within moments of the initial break-in. Back at our home, the alarm sounded and scared off two burglars. Nothing was stolen. “We have had our alarm system for over 20 years and started to have some problems. I reached out to our current provider and their customer service was pretty poor. I decided to search out other providers in the area and ended up calling Ryan. What a nice guy!
