Interested in moving forward? Here is what to expect (in three steps):

Step One: The Call

By asking just a few questions together we can determine what type of alarm system you will need; a wireless system, a hardwired system or a hybrid system (which is simply a combination of hardwired and wireless).

Here is what we need to make our conversation smooth sailing:

  • A total count of your windows and doors (only windows that open and close).
  • Information about your phone service subscriber (if you have one).

If you don’t have a phone service, you can “go cellular.” This means that a cellular radio connected to the alarm panel will call the monitoring center if the alarm is tripped.

Step Two: The Install

When I arrive, We will show you what the equipment looks like and demo how it works. Throughout the process We will kindly answer all of your questions. Together we then walk around the house to do a final count of your windows and doors and discuss the vulnerable access points in more detail. I know your time is valuable so, if you like, I can Install the system the same day. The install can take anywhere between 6 and 8 hours.

Step Three: Security For All

Once installed, we will spend 30 minutes or so teaching you and all those who will use the system how to operate it. Together we will practice arming and disarming the system from the keypad. We will also teach you how to change the code and train you on other helpful features such as the user-friendly app.
